The Advanced Bulls Head course is designed for advanced students
During this three-day course, you will make a large bulls head. Taking Practicle design considerations and finishing requirements in to consideration to make the Bulls head you want to make.
Course Level Advanced
The Advanced Bulls Head course is designed for advanced students who are looking to move away from following tutorials and create their own work. Realistic or fantasy finish the choice is yours!
Skills Taught
During this three-day course, you will learn
- practical design considerations,
- how to build a larger piece,
- mounting options,
- fibre preparation for dyeing,
- finishes techniques and embellishments.
- How to achieve the wow factor!
Prerequisites
To ensure that you get the most out of the course, pre-course work will be required. This will be delivered through one-to-one planning and video tutorials, allowing you to come to the course well-prepared and ready to dive into the creative bits.
It is essential that you have a moderate level of needle felting experience and have completed at least one advanced 5* course or equivalent. If in doubt please get in touch!
Accommodation Options:
Come Daily or we offer various accommodation options for our students, including:
- One Double Room - single occupancy
- Shared Room two beds - book individually
- Camping Facilities - basic field, loos and water
- Campervan Park-Up in the field weather permitting or in the yard - use the house facilities!
- Arrange Your Own Accommodation - We can recommend local options.
Refeshments through the day plus a light lunch is included in the course cost.
Evening meal options are available for those who want to join us for the evening but have their own accommodation sorted out.
When you book a room this includes breakfast and evening meal too.

A List of Materials will be provided. It will depend very much on the design you decide to go with.
